He also has his own lively personality quite separate and apart from his autism. He is much more as a person than his autism. He is a lot of fun. While these pictures were being taken I was asking "Where's Conor?" "Where did Conor go?" (When my mouth wasn't covered).
Conor enjoyed every second of our fun. And so did Dad.
I see that Conor, much like my son, is one of those "chewy" kids. He's 4 1/2, so we can get away with offering him nuks instead of other potentially dangerous things to chew on. Have you seen chewy tubes?:

They were recommended to me by a therapist for kids with SID.

If only we could get the rest of the world to understand that about our kids. Chelle said it just right: Our kids are, after all, just kids.
